Location was decent and perfect, on university campus. We really enjoyed the staff, everyone was excellent.

We arrived at the hotel to find a dirty room with stained carpets and a smelly bed. However, the staff at University Of Exeter - Pennsylvania Court were very friendly, helpful, and understanding.

The apartment was clean and in marvellous and incredible location near to the centre, a hill, and the river. Staff were welcoming, it was a pleasure meeting them. I was delighted about quick check-in. I had room with good wifi. Loved every moment there.
